Job Summary:
Responsible for handling student queries, coordinating hostel and classroom operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address student queries and provide support
• Manage hostel allotment and resolve complaints
• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping
• Ensure classroom readiness and support faculty needs
• Record and follow up on complaints
• Maintain basic records and assist in admin tasks
• Oversee daily institute and administrative operations.
• Manage staff, facilities, vendors, hostel, transport, and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong coordination and problem-solving ability

Ready to relocate

Skills Required: Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English communication.
