Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator with 9+ years of expertise in managing both inbound and outbound logistics within the order fulfillment lifecycle. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory inflow, warehouse operations, order processing, and dispatch activities while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely inbound shipments
• Track incoming goods, verify documentation (POs, invoices, GRNs)
• Oversee goods receipt, quality checks, and system updates
• Ensure accurate inventory entry in ERP/WMS systems
• Outbound Operations (Order Fulfilment & Dispatch)
• Manage end-to-end order processing from order confirmation to dispatch
• Coordinate picking, packing, labeling, and shipment scheduling
• Ensure order accuracy, proper packaging, and adherence to SLAs
• Monitor order backlog and prioritize urgent shipments
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits
• Perform inventory reconciliation and cycle counting
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock records
• Improve warehouse layout and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and 3PL providers
• Plan dispatch schedules and optimize delivery routes
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery performance
• Handle escalations related to delays, damages, or losses
• Manage returns, replacements, and refurbishment processes
• Analyze return reasons and implement corrective actions
• Monitor KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time-In-Full), order accuracy, and turnaround time
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review
• Use data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Work closely with procurement, sales, finance, and customer service teams
• Align inbound supply with outbound demand forecasts

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in inbound & outbound logistics and warehouse operations
• Advanced knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication
• Ability to handle high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 9+ years of experience in order fulfilment, warehouse, or logistics operations
• Certifications in Supply Chain / Lean / Six Sigma are an added advantage

Shift:- Night

Time:- In Summer 6:30pm to 3:30am, In Winters 7:30pm to 4:30am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
