Operations Cum Customer Service Executive

- Perform general administrative duties related to the day-to-day operations of the school .
- Provide customer services to walk-in and call-in customers.
- Recommend music courses, enrolment, collect school fees.
- Sales of music books/instruments and inventory management.
- Preparation of music books/instruments/accessories order by the branches.
- Generation, Collation and Documentation of Reports.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in any discipline
- Meticulous, self-driven and resourceful
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- 5-day work week (Including Saturday)
- Able to work at "retail hours" ( nights and weekend )
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
Expected Start Date: 02/12/2024
