We’re looking for someone who can handle customer service, catering sales, and onboarding — someone who takes ownership and gets things done.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues across all channels
• Handle and close catering inquiries while generating new leads
• Support onboarding of new stores and franchisees (POS, vendors, setup)
• Coordinate with internal teams and franchisees to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

• Mandatory: Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry
• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to close
• Organized with strong follow-up habits
• Able to multitask and perform under pressure
• Driven, proactive, and solution-focused

Training & Role Confirmation

• This role begins with a 2-week training and evaluation period
• During this time, performance, attitude, and ability to handle the role will be assessed
• Full-time continuation is based on successful performance during these 2 weeks

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role. We are specifically looking for candidates with hospitality experience who can handle pressure and take ownership from day one.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
