Role: Operations Executive

Job description

This role presents an exciting opportunity to support the Operations Manager at OROKO. As the Operations Executive, you will support the end-to-end operation of all OROKO client travel itineraries once they have chosen to book with OROKO.

  • You’ll support the Operations Manager to ensure all areas of trip operations from booking confirmation up until our clients return home and will assist in operational tasks involved with ensuring a smooth and trouble-free journey.
  • Assist in communicating with a range of key partners across the globe in order to ensure delivery of excellence to our customers. Uploading various travel elements, destinations, services, etc to the booking software.
  • This includes everything from supporting the initial booking process and issuing final documentation.
  • Work with the OROKO booking software to maintain an accurate and detailed database of customer and booking information.
  • Operations plays a key link between all areas of our business, Sales and Operations as well as Finance, to ensure that we can deliver a seamless experience for our clients and act as an operational point of contact to our ground partners.

About You

  • You will have a proven ability to achieve and exceed set KPIs regarding attention to detail, work rate and speed of response. The role is fast-paced and requires managing high volumes of work so speed and the ability to prioritise is key. You will also possess a strong desire to get things right, you must be a natural organiser who is able to multitask.
  • You’ll be a confident and clear communicator. The role involves working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, so communication is key to ensure speed of response and accuracy.
  • You’re resilient to change and setbacks in a fast-moving environment with an ability to stay motivated, remaining calm and clear minded.
  • You’ll be able to work independently to given timescales.
  • You’ll have a great understanding of how important customer service is, appreciating what it’s like being an OROKO client and understanding expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €25,400.00-€35,031.59 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • 7 Terminus Mills Clonskeagh, Clonskeagh, CO. Dublin D06 W3P2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
