• Prior experience in operations
• Night shift experience is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple tools
• Someone who can think on their feet, handle challenges, and get things done

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support night operations
• Coordinate with teams, clients, and drivers
• Handle queries and ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain reports and update systems accurately
