Job Title: Operations Executive - US Distribution
Shift: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST (Monday - Friday) - Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Role Overview:
Support daily operations for the US polymer distribution business, including order processing, ERP updates, logistics coordination, and basic financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO)
- Manage order-to-cash cycle from entry to invoicing
- Maintain and update ERP data (inventory, pricing, master data)
- Ensure accuracy of all system transactions
- Perform 3-way matching and process vendor invoices
- Generate customer invoices (including freight and duties)
- Coordinate with US warehouses and track shipments
- Follow up on deliveries and resolve issues
- Prepare shipping documents (BOL, Packing List, COA)
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations (chemicals/polymers preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong Excel skills
