Role OverviewMedMove is seeking a reliable and organised Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support both the administrative and operational sides of the business. This is a flexible role that combines remote administrative work with occasional driving duties for sample collection and delivery.

Depending on the day’s requirements, the successful candidate will either work remotely, handling administrative tasks or perform collections and deliveries using the company vehicle. The role will initially involve on-site or hybrid training before transitioning to a primarily remote working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to enquiries
  • Manage and respond to company emails
  • Organise and maintain digital files and operational documentation
  • Coordinate and schedule pickup and delivery requests
  • Assist with general operational organisation and record-keeping

Operational / Driving Duties

  • Collect and deliver medical samples
  • Ensure safe and timely transportation of samples according to company procedures
  • Maintain communication with the operations team regarding schedules and delivery updates

Requirements

  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional phone and email communication skills
  • Computer literacy and the ability to work remotely
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when required
  • Reliability and professionalism when dealing with medical facilities and clients

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Previous administrative, logistics, or coordination experience
  • Experience managing schedules or operational workflows
