Responsibilities
- Manage operation activities of outlets across Singapore
- Coordinate and communicate with all other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Drive service quality and customer satisfaction
- Lead outlet managers to develop organizational strategies
- In charge of procurement of raw materials (at HQ level) and warehousing
- Any other tasks being assigned
Requirements
- Be organized and meticulous
- Have experience in laundry industry
- Communicate with Taiwan colleagues. Knowledge of Mandarin is essential
- Positive mindset and self-driven individual
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
