Operations Manager – Deep Retrofit Industry Ireland
Blackstrand Retrofit are looking to hire an Operations Manager to join the team.
Location: Galway, Ireland
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of domestic retrofit projects across Ireland. This role is responsible for operational performance, team leadership, contractor management, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and inline with SEAI regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of retrofit programmes
- Oversee project delivery in line with SEAI schemes and building regulations
- Lead and develop operational teams
- Manage contractors, budgets, and programme performance
- Ensure high standards of health & safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Essential Requirements:
- Qualification in Construction, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven operations or project management experience in retrofit or construction
- Strong knowledge of SEAI schemes and technical standards
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and contractor management experience
