Description:
Perfection Fresh Australia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team at Homebush Markets. As a key member of the Trading Floor department, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within our organisation. **Responsibilities: **

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Trading Floor department.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operations staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
• Monitor and analyse operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Push our safety culture within the teams.
• Ensure capability of the team through innovative ongoing development.
• Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and supply chain activities effectively.
• Contribute to the development of annual budgets and manage expenses within the approved budget.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements while maintaining quality standards.

• Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
• Experience in inventory management and supply chain logistics
• Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for operational efficiency
