We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to ensure our day-to-day operations run efficiently and our customers receive the best possible service.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare GST invoices, quotations, and other billing documents.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Manage and process orders received through our website, Amazon, and IndiaMART.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely packing and dispatch of orders.
• Schedule courier pickups and track shipments until successful delivery.
• Handle customer queries, order updates, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor order fulfillment and ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Support the team in improving operational efficiency and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, billing, CRM, administration, or e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with GST billing, invoicing, and customer record management.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
