Introduction:
The Vineyard, the heart and soul of North-Western Sydney, is a family friendly pub and the place for families and friends to come together. A newly built, multi-million-dollar hospitality precinct that looks to redefine hospitality in Sydney. With state-of-the-art facilities including brand new dining areas, pub, high end gaming room, 3 accommodation blocks and a bottleshop this is a truly multi-faceted venue. With the addition of our recently launched Cafe and large outdoor beer garden, this is a versatile destination for every occasion.
About the Role:
This role offers a rare opportunity to thrive and grow your hospitality career. Reporting directly to the General Manager/Licensee and collaborating with the management team, you will have opportunity to manage day to day venue operations which will be varied and integral to delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. In addition, you will nurture and lead a passionate and driven hospitality team, inspiring them to thrive everyday.
About You:
You will be a positive and passionate leader with a demonstrated history of leading teams in venues of a similar size and scope in all outlets including bistro, cafe, bars, gaming and bottleshops. This is a hands-on operational role, where you will be required to work alongside teams to deliver exceptional experiences whilst complying with company policies and NSW legislative requirements. In addition, you will need to have the following experience and skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience in large multi-faceted venues with strong Food & Beverage, TAB and Gaming performance. Experience with bottleshops and accommodation would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience leading large and dynamic teams fostering a culture that drives high performance, engagement and accountability
- Strong focus on compliance
- A strong eye for detail across all facets of the venue operations
- Experience using Deputy and IdealPOS would be advantageous
- Current NSW RSA/RCG/ARCG is mandatory
