We are looking for expressions of interest in a potential role as Operations Manager of a growing repairs and renovation company. Must have a good understanding of building repairs and maintenance, managing tradesmen, quoting and liaising with clients.

Preference to someone with:

- Construction/trade work experience (qualification not necessary but preferred)

- Experience using job management software (preferred)

- Experience Xero (helpful but not necessary)

- Friendly personality, good a dealing with clients needs

- A self-starter

Key tasks:

- Quoting new work

- Scheduling and managing 3 tradesmen

- Overseeing work quality

- Managing client relationship

- Doing some small jobs yourself (if needed)

Typical hours are 7.30-5pm Monday to Friday, Saturday work on occassion.

Important to keep up with admin work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
