At Laois Poultry, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations at our depot. This role would involve, managing a team of staff, overseeing logistics operations, and achieving organisational goals.
Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day operations at the depot, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
· Lead and support a team of staff.
· Ensure operations run smoothly.
· Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with customers.
· Monitor inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
· Ensure health and safety compliance.
· Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in operations or warehouse management.
· Strong leadership and organisational skills.
· Good knowledge of safety regulations.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in inventory and logistics is beneficial
