Operations Manager / Client Care Coordinator – Home Care

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily client care operations, scheduling, caregiver coordination, and service updates
• Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners in a professional and caring manner
• Respond to new inquiries and help arrange complimentary home assessments
• Support caregiver recruitment, onboarding, performance follow-up, and retention
• Identify operational gaps and help improve systems, documentation, and workflows
• Help grow Royalty Home Care’s presence in North and West Vancouver
• Handle client concerns calmly, respectfully, and solution-focused
• Work closely with the Director/Owner to support business growth and service quality

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, senior care, health care coordination, client care, operations, or a related field
• Strong phone, email, and client communication skills
• Excellent organization, follow-up, and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a small business environment where hands-on support is needed
• Ability to manage caregivers, client needs, scheduling changes, and urgent issues professionally
• Knowledge of North Shore communities is an asset
• Experience with payroll, billing, scheduling software, or caregiver recruitment is an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
