Operations Manager – Fireproofing Project

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead their fireproofing projects across multiple locations, primarily in the Midlands and Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of fireproofing projects.

Lead project teams, providing direction and support to supervisors and on-site staff.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align on objectives and expectations.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.

Develop strategies to optimize resources, improve efficiency, and minimize costs.

Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are achieved.

Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them.

Provide technical expertise on fireproofing techniques, materials, and industry best practices.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, compliance records, and safety audits.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in fireproofing operations, construction management, or a similar field.

In-depth knowledge of fireproofing systems, materials, and application methods.

Proven ability to lead and manage teams on large-scale projects.

Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and quality assurance standards in construction.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members.

Project management certification or equivalent experience (preferred).

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: €40,608.86-€92,455.38 per year
