Operations Manager Trainee

As an Operations Manager Trainee you will Report directly to the National Project Manager & Operations Manager in Darwin, this position would be suited to an individual ready to embark on their Logistics industry career path.
The successful applicant will be based in Darwin Full Time and complete an approx. 2year traineeship program that will cover all operational facets of the relocations industry as well as a number of formal qualifications.

These include but are not limited to:

• Control and production of documentation
• Warehouse receival and dispatch
• Customs and Quarantine clearance
• Cert IV in Transport and Logistics
• Chain of Responsibility
• Shipping container protocols and tracking
• Fleet/vehicle scheduling
• Airfreight Awareness Training
• OH&S certification
• Forklift operation
• Int/External Sales & Administration

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Strong customer service skills
• Car license and reliable transport
