We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Operations Manager to lead our operations. This role involves managing a portfolio of sites and ensuring operational efficiency and excellence. You will lead a team, maintain client relationships, and drive commercial outcomes while adhering to high standards of service and safety.

Description:
Responsibilities:
Overseeing catering operations across multiple sites with significant travel involved.
Managing budgets and resources effectively.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Leading, managing, and mentoring a high-performing team.

Skills and Experiences:
Ideal experience:
Significant experience in the hospitality/food production sector, ideally in the Aged Care industry.
Proven track record of managing catering operations and leading diverse teams.
Experience operating across multi-site delivery.
IT proficiency is a must for this role.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgetary controls.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
Chef qualification essential or robust culinary and business management related qualifications/experience.
