The opportunity
You will oversee day‑to‑day operations—including lodging, food and beverage, retail, and overall guest experience—while working hands‑on with teams to deliver strong operational performance, financial success, and exceptional service.
Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $78,400 - $105,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Partner with support departments to monitor performance metrics, implement corrective actions, and ensure team accountability
- Ensure alignment with Waybound hospitality principles, brand standards, safety, and sustainability while supporting property‑wide initiatives
- Inspire, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and strong financial performance
- Promote a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages growth, accountability, and consistent guest satisfaction
- Champion guest loyalty by ensuring personalized service across all touchpoints and responding to feedback with professionalism and effective solutions
- Drive revenue and profitability by projecting business demand, managing expenses responsibly, and contributing to long‑term planning and community engagement initiatives
- Ability to drive company vehicles throughout property to support operation
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience at a similar property or resort with exposure to multiple operational areas
- Strong financial acumen and experience supporting P&L management
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
