The Role
MYLAPS Sports Service is Scandinavia´s leading service provider of online registration, timing and result services. Each year, we help event organizers all over the world create worldclass events via a professional service provided to participants, spectators, media partners and officials. To support our expanding activities, we are looking for a highly organized and people-oriented Operations & Office Manager.

This is a combined role, bringing together office management, operational leadership and key account ownership.

In this hybrid function, you are the operational heartbeat of the organization. You ensure that our office runs smoothly, our teams stay focused and supported, and our key accounts receive exceptional service. You work closely with Event Managers, Sales, Timing Operations, Support Timing & Sales, and company leadership.

You manage your own “shop,” but also lead and coordinate the wider operational flow connected to our events.

What You'll Do
1. Office & Operational Management
  • Staff planning and scheduling for sports events across the region;
  • Administrative and operational support for the Sales department;
  • Warehouse and inventory management;
  • Facility management and office organization;
  • Process optimization across departments;
  • Acting as a central point of contact for internal communication.
2. Managing of Timing Operations & Support Teams
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings with team members from Operations and Support Timing & Sales, including full performance-cycle responsibilities;
  • Ensure teams are focused, motivated and high-performing;
  • Facilitate the weekly OPS meeting;
  • Hold weekly meetings with the Director to align on priorities and performance;
  • Provide operational guidance during event preparation and execution.
3. Key Account Management
  • Grow and maintain existing key accounts;
  • Serve as main point of contact, proactively engaging with clients, understanding their needs and market developments;
  • Develop and execute dedicated growth plans per key account;
  • Prepare quotes, manage orders, and coordinate successful delivery of products and services;
  • Ensure customer and project data is always accurate and up to date in Salesforce.
4. Representation at Events
  • Build in-depth knowledge about your key accounts and their events;
  • Represent the company on-site to maintain strong relationships;
  • Share market and client insights with internal stakeholders.

What You Bring
Bachelor-level (HBO) work and thinking capability;
At least 3 years of experience as an Office Manager, Management Assistant, or Operations Coordinator, international experience is an advantage;
You have a service minded attitude also during stressful situations;
A strong interest in active endurance sports, with personal participation is a big plus;
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English any other language is a plus;
Team player with a can-do and hands-on mentality;
You excel in: multitasking, time management, and organizational skills;
Willing to travel (internationally);
You have a driver’s license.
