Operations Performance Analyst

Parcel Connect is Irelands largest PUDO (Pick-Up, Drop-Off) network, allowing our customers to send, receive, or return parcels at any one of 1250+ locations throughout Ireland. We are at the beginning of a very exciting time for the business and are looking for a Operations Performance Analyst to join our team.

The Operations Performance Analyst will play a critical role in the daily operations of Parcel Connect. This role involves network performance reporting, assisting with changes in the PUDO estate, and ensuring compliance with operational processes. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, action-oriented, self-reliant, and adept at problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Performance Reporting: Manipulate existing data exports in Microsoft Excel to present reports on parcel movements and identify blockages within the Parcel Connect network.
• Data Analysis: Use pivot tables and various Excel formulas to generate meaningful insights and reports.
• PUDO Estate Management: Assist in onboarding new stores, delisting stores, and ensuring stores comply with operational processes.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate regularly with senior management, depot management, couriers, and retail stores to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: 3rd level education in logistics, supply chain, business studies, or a relevant subject is preferred but not essential.
• Experience: Relevant work experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and formulas). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
• Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills. Adaptability and ability to meet deadlines. Process-driven mindset with the ability to craft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
• Full Clean EU or UK Driver's licence and own vehicle is needed

Job Types:

• Full-time, Permanent
• 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite in Greenogue, Dublin 24 and occasionally at our International Hub in Portarlington

Salary:

• €32,000 - €34,000
