About the Role:

As a Operations & Sales associate, you’ll provide expert service to our customers, helping them find the right timber products to suit their needs. You’ll play a key role in boosting branch sales and profitability while promoting Morgan's Timbers exceptional range of products. This role is all about building relationships, working as part of a team, offering advice, and delivering a top-notch customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets
• Assist in warehouse preparing orders for collection
• Use of forklifts and combi machinery in picking orders
• Support the Branch Manager and team in ensuring smooth operations
• Assist with stock control and liaise with suppliers when needed
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety guidelines, and security protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a busy builders' merchant or similar environment
• A proven track record in sales and exceeding targets
• Highly motivated and driven
• Knowledge of timber products
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
• IT literacy and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Hours:

Full-time (39 hours/week) Monday to Friday
