What you’ll be doing

The Courier Activation team ensures that the right number of Courier Partners are activated based on each city’s needs, whether that means engaging newly ready-to-deliver couriers, activating active ones, or re-engaging those who have churned.

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll work closely with data to spot trends, validate assumptions, and surface insights that keep our supply healthy across the region. You’ll also support small improvement projects by coordinating actions, gathering inputs, and collaborating with other teams to keep things moving.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Validate data accuracy, and flag issues or disruptions early.
Execute core activation tasks independently and propose improvements to existing processes.
Support improvement projects by coordinating tasks, analysing impact, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
Collaborate with Support, regional Delivery Ops, and other internal teams to resolve operational blockers.
Use AI tools to draft communications, automate simple reporting, and speed up data exploration.
Our humble expectations
Strong analytical skills with solid Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, and comfort interpreting data to guide decisions.
Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Looker) to validate data, spot trends, and support problem-solving.
Ability to execute day-to-day operational tasks with high quality, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, using good judgement to flag risks early.
Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Fluent English; proficiency in the local market language is a strong asset.
