Atlanta English Institute (AEI) is Atlanta's oldest, private, accredited, adult ESL institute. Operations requires a full-time supervisor dedicated to providing a consistent level of quality services for the benefit of all students, faculty, and staff. Required credentials:

· Operations: At least 3-4 years professional administrative experience, minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and/or information technology (computer engineering, system administration, or related area).

• Continuing education and professional development including certifications; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products; ability to provide helpdesk and other IT support.
• Reliability, adaptability, integrity, knowledge of best practices in security and safety including cybersecurity, and sensitivity to the needs of international adult learners with wide variety of backgrounds.
• Strong sense of accountability, organization, confidentiality, and timeliness, plus management skills such as the ability to delegate with follow up and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Superior skills in data management and analysis, business relationship management, leadership, and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: salary based on credentials and experience, starting at $45,000/year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift (8:30-5:00 with one hour lunch break)
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
