Our Operations Team exists to get our amazing products into the hands of our community in the most optimised and efficient way possible. We enhance productivity and ensure the smooth running of the distribution centre, all while inspiring our team and community to be 1% Better Every Day. As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be leading our eCommerce and retail replenishment operations, empowering high-performing teams and helping shape smarter, faster ways of working. This is a full time, Monday-Friday role.

How you'll make an impact...

• Oversee picking, packing and shipping for retail replenishment, online orders and events.
• Ensure quality, SLA compliance and operational readiness.
• Lead, coach and develop the outbound team.
• Plan labour, maintain training compliance and foster a safe, high-performing culture.
• Improve outbound processes to increase accuracy, efficiency and safety.
• Implement best practices across inventory, packing and shipping.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs, prioritise urgent orders and resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs, identify improvements and proactively manage team performance.

You'll be a great fit if you bring...

• Strong experience in warehouse or distribution centre operations (eCommerce preferred)
• Proven leadership and people management capability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and accountability
