Job Title: Operations & Supply Chain Manager

Industry: Manufacturing / Logistics / FMCG / Consumer Goods / Engineering

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end operations and supply chain activities, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and process optimization to ensure operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end operations, procurement, and supply chain functions
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Manage demand planning, production planning, inventory, and material availability
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Finance teams
  • Optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs
  • Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and vendor performance
  • Monitor warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Analyze operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance reviews for management

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Operations Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Expertise in Procurement, Inventory Control, Warehousing, and Logistics
  • Experience in Demand Planning, Production Planning, and S&OP
  • Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities

Qualification & Experience:

  • BE/B.Tech with MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics (preferred)
  • 8–15 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in manufacturing, consumer electronics, FMCG, automotive, engineering, pharmaceuticals, or industrial operations
  • Strong exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Vendor Development, Import/Export, Warehouse Management, and Distribution Planning

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
