  • You must be legally authorized to work in Ireland.
  • You must not require a sponsorship for employment in Ireland.
  • You must be able to commute to office in Dublin 15.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular website updates, maintenance, and content changes across client sites (primarily WordPress, but may include other CMS platforms)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backend technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed
  • Monitor, assess, and implement website security measures to protect client sites from threats
  • Manage domain registrations, renewals, and DNS settings
  • Oversee website hosting environments, ensuring uptime, performance, and quick resolution of hosting-related issues
  • Provide first-line support for website and hosting queries from clients and internal teams
  • Document processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to operational best practices
  • Support the Head of Operations with ad hoc tasks and ongoing projects
  • Liaise with account managers to ensure client requests are actioned promptly and professionally
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, security threats, and emerging technologies relevant to web operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a website operations, technical support, or web administrator role
  • Good working knowledge of website content management systems (especially WordPress)
  • Familiarity with web hosting platforms, domain management, and basic website security protocols
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and clients
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with cPanel, Plesk, or similar hosting control panels is a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic scripting is advantageous but not essential

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience
  • Opportunity to work with a dynamic, friendly, and experienced team
  • Exposure to a wide variety of clients and industries
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Modern office in Ongar Village, Dublin 15, with easy access to public transport
  • The chance to make a real impact in a growing digital agency

If you’re passionate about web technology, enjoy helping others, and want to be part of a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you!
