Role Overview
Think Green Solutions is seeking a Technical & Administrative Support to work directly with our President.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, organizational ability, and initiative. You will help manage and implement digital systems, coordinate special projects, and assist with administrative functions that support the company’s leadership and operations.
The successful candidate will be comfortable learning quickly, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of tasks that involve both technical and business elements.
This role requires access to highly confidential company information; trust and discretion are essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the President with technical and administrative initiatives.
- Lead or assist in the implementation and integration of software systems across departments.
- Use automation tools such as Zapier, IFTTT, or similar platforms to connect and streamline business systems.
- Work with APIs and data to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
- Research, test, and deploy AI tools to enhance productivity and internal workflows.
- Organize and manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date digital files, systems, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors on special initiatives.
- Provide light administrative support, including scheduling, reports, and follow-ups as needed.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Post-secondary technical diploma or degree preferred.
- Experience in software integration, automation, or technical project coordination.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).
- Working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, or Python considered an asset.
- Understanding of software architecture, APIs, and data structures, is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to a steep learning curve.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,413.68-$60,564.34 per year
