Pediatric Subspecialty group looking for a strong, detailed, mature Operator Scheduler. Functions as a point of entry for all incoming calls into the organization. Duties include but not limited to obtaining and or updating patient information, scheduling appointments, and patient problem resolution for accessing the appropriate party. Uses critical thinking skills to best accommodate the patient and maximize the provider schedules.

Ideal candidate should have at least 1-year experience working in a healthcare setting with Insurance, PBX operator, and referral knowledge, know the importance of providing excellent customer service and have previously worked with an EMR. Bilingual required.

Hours are M-F 7:30am-4:30pm, and Friday 7:30am-12pm
