**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Optical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, it's an added bonus if there is optical experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Receive customers' prescriptions for eyeglasses

- Fit customers for eyeglasses and help select them frames that will best fit their face

- Price customers for glasses/lens with and without insurance

- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

- Utilize medical coding systems to accurately document patient information.

- Perform retail sales of optical products, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Apply aseptic techniques when handling optical equipment.

- Communicate with the lab for customer orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
