We’re currently looking for an Optometric Assistant / Patient Services Coordinator to join our energetic and friendly team.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Assist in delivering in-office Dry Eye Therapy Treatments (training will be provided)
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for six Optometrists, a Vision Therapy Clinic and Dry Eye Treatments
- Manage patient inquiries and services with professionalism and care
- Adapt and grow with the evolving needs of our office

- A vibrant, enthusiastic personality with a love for helping others
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Interest in hands-on clinical work, particularly in assisting with dry eye therapy services
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to follow through independently
- A commitment to professionalism, including fashionable office attire
- Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
- Passionate about eye health and contributing to patient wellness
- Strong computer skills are essential (Word, Excel, typing proficiency)
- Ability to quickly learn new software and systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
