Role Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate optometrist to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence. This is a full-time, on-site role for an optometrist located in Solan. He/she will be responsible for :
- Conducting comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision
- Performing refraction, retinoscopy and other optometric tests
- Prescribing and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Operating and maintaining equipments - OCT, Perimetry, A-B Scan, Lensometer, etc.
- Providing pre- and post-operative counseling and care for patients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optometry from a recognized institution
- Prior experience in clinical optometry
- Knowledge of prescribing corrective lenses
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented environment
