FYidoctors has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Optometrist to join our clinic 5 days/week in Osoyoos and Penticton, British Columbia. This is a great opportunity to join an established group practice in the beautiful South Okanagan. Our OD's in Osoyoos and Penticton work as part of a large team, sharing time across our three great clinics in these towns. We have an extremely well-established clinic with a strong reputation and loyal customer base. Our clinics has existed in Osoyoos and Penticton for over 40 years. This history has created a strong and loyal customer base both within Osoyoos and immediate rural locations where we also draw a large patient population from. Our clinic in Osoyoos is well-equipped with 2 exam lanes, the latest diagnostic technology, and a large dispensary. There are two locations in Penticton, one with 4 exam lanes and the other with 3, both with modern diagnostic and imaging. Our current ODs and staff are extremely knowledgeable and skilled at supporting our doctors through comprehensive eye exams as well as contact lens fittings. Furthermore, we have great relationships with 2 retinal specialists In Kelowna which is just under a two-hour drive from Osoyoos and an hour from Penticton. The care and attention this gives our patients is beyond measure with reduced wait times for cataract surgeries and emergencies. In addition, our clinics have excellent partnerships with 4 Ophthalmologists in Penticton that offers an excellent benefit to both our patients and doctors.

The clinic in Osoyoos and Skaha is open from 8:30am-4:30pm Monday – Friday while the Marina Way location in Penticton is open on Saturday which allows for an incredible work-life balance and the opportunity to enjoy the many activities that Okanagan Valley has.
