We are looking for a talented, motivated, enthusiastic Oracle CX Solution Architect - Field Service Cloud to join a high performing team.

What you'll do?


  • Configure outbound from Oracle Field Service cloud to external systems, as part of which the payloads would need to be configured that will be understood by the middleware
  • Work with the middleware teams and assist with web service creation using the OFSC API framework
  • Work with internal development/middleware teams to arrive at the best integration methodology/framework between Oracle field service cloud and CRM/ERP applications/other systems.
  • Define, configure, test and support solution footprint for projects involving complex customer requirements involving all OFSC modules or subset. As part of solution architecture, clearly articulate the full flow involving all integration points with Oracle field service cloud


What you'll bring?



Technical Skills -
  • Experienced in designing/architecting/implementing multiple Oracle Field Service Cloud projects
  • Hands-on experience in configuring following Oracle Field Service Cloud modules/functionalities based on customer requirements
  • Resource - Resources, work zone, work skill, location, calendar
  • Capacity/Quota module
  • Outbound configuration – notification triggers/message scenarios
  • Routing – Routing plans, filters, optimization filters
  • Collaboration module
  • Communication module
  • Mobility module
  • Core Manage module
  • Business Rules
  • Statistical Parameters
  • Integration with Oracle Sales/Service Cloud and Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud
General Skills
  • Customize Manage and mobility screens based on customer requirements to introduce new functionalities to existing screens or create new screens altogether and tie them up to display profiles.
  • Work with presales consultants to design and build demos and proposals, encompassing all the modules of Oracle field service cloud
  • Create functional and technical design documents for oracle field service cloud implementations
  • Work with Oracle through service requests for any TOA product specific issues encountered during the course of the project
  • Manage a small team of solution developers, integration developers, testers as part of the project implementation
