About the Team
We allocate enough time to develop new and relevant Oracle skills by providing access to Oracle learning portals and materials. We challenge all our Oracle resources to achieve and maintain Oracle certifications. In addition, we encourage our resources to grow more broadly by undertaking training and certifications in disciplines such as Core Consulting, SAFe Agile, DevOps and Project Management. This gives us the required expertise that our clients expect from us. We also encourage people to document the work achieved in their previous projects, provide feedback on the challenges they faced and present it to the team. We believe it makes everyone grow.
Our Oracle team focuses on individuals flourishing, so we organize monthly practice and capability catch-ups where we share information, experiences and celebrate successes.
We are looking for a talented, motivated, enthusiastic Oracle CX Solution Architect with Sales Cloud
- Demonstrable team spirit: a willingness to collaborate, learn and teach others
- Self-motivated and passionate about Oracle cloud offerings
- Configure outbound from Oracle Sales Cloud to external systems
- Work with the middleware teams and assist with web service creation using the OFSC API framework
- Work with internal development/middleware teams to arrive at the best integration methodology/framework between Oracle Sales cloud and CRM/ERP applications/other systems. Define, configure, test and support solution footprint for projects involving complex customer requirements including all OFSC modules or subset. As part of solution architecture, clearly articulate the full flow involving all integration points with Oracle Sales cloud
What you'll bring?
Functional & Technical Skills -
- Experienced in designing/architecting/implementing multiple Oracle Sales Cloud projects
- In-depth understanding of the following CX -Sales Cloud modules:
- Account & Contact Management
- Lead Management
- Opportunity Management
- Sales Planning and forecasting (nice to have)
- Sales Territories (nice to have)
- Sales Quotes (nice to have)
- Mobile and Outlook integration (nice to have)
- Ability to work well with clients both individually as well as in a highly collaborative team
- Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies and obtaining certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements
- Oracle Sales Cloud Certification (preferred)
