Order Desk Clerk

Established in 1992, Inroble International distributes high-quality automotive replacement components.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and enters orders into systems
• Reviews orders to ensure accuracy of data entries
• Responds to customer enquiries and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Communicates with internal departments to effectively streamline investigation on discrepancies
• Provides the accurate BOL for delivering and incoming shipments
• Basic accounting knowledge to prepare invoices

Maintains correct documentation filling to facilitate references

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook
• Excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and be able to multi-task
• Language skills: Proficiency in English

Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour
