Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for data entry.
Duties
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to confirm order details and address any inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their needs.
- Maintain organized records of orders, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Utilize phone etiquette to create a positive experience for all customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in an order processing environment.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
