Order Fulfillment Specialist (maternity cover)Job Description
As a Order Fulfillment Specialist you will be part of an international team based in 3 Nordic countries (Finland, Denmark, Sweden) and at our PCC center in Łódź, responsible for the Hospital Patient Monitoring orders for hospitals and medical centers for the Nordic countries.
Your role:
Sales Order Oversight: Manages sales orders across various channels, ensuring comprehensive oversight of order fulfillment and seamless operations, including the processing of returns and handling exceptions.
Claims and Customer Interaction: Handles claims management through calls and online queries on delivery, invoice, and quality issues, maintaining direct contact with customers to address their concerns.
Flow and Process Efficiency: Promptly addresses non-touchless and one-time-right flows, identifying root causes to enhance process efficiency, support order accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
Order Monitoring and Strategic Updates: Monitors order receipts and statuses, providing timely updates on sales activities and performance metrics to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Collaboration and Improvement: Facilitates weekly order book reviews with factory and market groups, coordinates special orders and exception management, and engages with internal departments to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
You're the right fit if you:
Holds a university degree.
Has experience in fields related to sales support or customer service
Are Fluent in Danish and English .
Has good practical knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and SAP would be a plus
Has ability to prioritize and work under pressure coupled with a keen attention to detail.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
