If you are an Order Handler professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you in Naestved, Denmark . In this role, you will support the successful execution of customer orders from quotation assistance through order fulfillment, invoicing, and customer communication. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and an excellent customer experience while contributing to a collaborative and continuous improvement-focused environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support the quotation process by assisting with pricing reviews, special customer requirements, and commercial terms.
- Review customer orders and ensure alignment with approved quotations and technical requirements.
- Create and manage customer orders within the ERP system and issue order confirmations.
- Coordinate project kick-off activities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor and follow up on active orders through regular communication with planning, procurement, operations, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage order updates and modifications while maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Prepare and submit invoices and delivery-related documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with established processes.
- Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and responsive support.
- Partner with finance-related teams to support payment follow-up activities and customer account management.
- Adhere to Emerson policies, including applicable trade compliance requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience supporting order management, customer service, project coordination, or a related operational function.
- Experience working with SAP or another ERP system in an order processing environment.
- Understanding of commercial terms, including Incoterms, payment terms, and contract-related requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing.
- Commitment to teamwork, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience handling technical product or project-based orders.
- Familiarity with supply chain, project execution, manufacturing, or industrial business environments.
- Experience reviewing commercial documentation and supporting order execution activities from receipt through invoicing.
- Knowledge of global customer support practices and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Experience contributing to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
