Duties

• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and verify customer orders
• Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely
• Perform order picking, packing, and staging to prepare shipments for dispatch
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
• Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including stock replenishment and inventory management
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves and ensuring efficient workflow

Experience

• Previous warehouse experience with a focus on order picking, packing, and materials handling
• Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory control
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes
• Mechanical aptitude or mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues
• Experience in warehouse supervision or team coordination is advantageous but not required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
