The Country Grocer Warehouse, known as Island Independent Buying Group (IIBG), is looking for a Full-time Warehouse Worker/Order Picker to join our team at our Chemainus Warehouse.

Requirements:

• Ability to work evenings
• Must be available to work 40 hours/ week
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the warehouse in an industrial area of Chemainus
• An ability to count and keep track of numbers
• Ability to read and pick orders
• Ability to walk and stand on concrete for duration of scheduled 8 hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Some of what you’ll do:

• Pick and pack product orders
• Stock warehouse shelves
• Maintain accurate inventory
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• Shifts are 3:00pm-11:30pm

Experience:

• Warehouse experience an asset
• Order picking experience an asset
• Forklift/ pallet jack experience an asset

Compensation package:

Wage:

• Full benefit package at 6 months
• $1 per hour afternoon shift differential
