WS Game Company's current open position of Order Processor & Logistics Coordinator is the perfect opportunity for a motivated candidate looking to learn and become an expert in the Consumer Goods development cycle: concept to customer.

The Order Processor & Logistics Coordinator position lives at the very busy intersection of global B2B operations, offshore manufacturing, supply chain, and account management. Attention to detail, organization, and work ethic are paramount in this fast-paced environment. The demands of managing orders from major retailers like TJX and Costco will need to be balanced alongside the processing of special orders from Mom & Pop booksellers and toy stores across the country.

The responsibilities below will require creativity, the ability to work efficiently, and a willingness to learn and champion the WS Game Company product line!

Job Responsibilities

Work with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to align order timelines with customer satisfaction. Manage customer and vendor order intake, oversee EDI routing requirements, carton and labeling compliance. Coordinate and oversee wholesale shipments with various logistics partners. Track shipments from warehouse and/or international ports in accordance with customer/vendor guidelines. Proficiency in NetSuite/ERP is a plus, but will train the right candidate.

  • Oversee and manage customer and vendor order processing within NetSuite/ERP
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between sales teams and key wholesale customers.
  • Monitor and optimize allocation of goods across multiple sales orders.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to track order status and ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, and case pack requirements.
  • Support the EDI/SPS process for specific customers. This includes routing submissions and confirming that everything transmits correctly.
  • Ensure timely and accurate shipments/routing/LTL coordination by reconciling all sales orders, warehouse transactions, and logistics paperwork.
  • Manage account setup of new customers and vendors, and gather required documentation.
  • Approve and create carton labels, order samples, and send packaging instructions with vendors
  • Trademark and IP Infringement monitoring

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience: Background in Logistics, Operations/Project Management, Manufacturing, preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage accounts independently
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and learning new systems

$65,000-$75,000 starting salary range
