We are seeking an Organisational Development (OD) Specialist as part People and Culture team at EIT.
The appointing salary for this role will be between $90,000.00 and $110,000.000, dependent on skills and experience.
The Learning and Development Specialist is based in at our Taradale campus in Napier, reporting to the Operations Lead and will be responsible for:
- Partnering with leaders and managers and work alongside the People and Culture operations team to provide specialist organisational development (OD) and equity expertise and values-based delivery.
- Delivery of OD initiatives that embed equity and inclusion, improve kaimahi capability and establish consistency of practice.
- Working in collaboration with the wider people and culture team to design and deliver tailored kaimahi learning and development experiences and solutions.
- Supporting the People and Culture Director in thought leadership that spans organisational development, equity, and learning and development.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in a similar position, providing expert insight and organisational development delivery at a senior level in a medium to large organisation.
- Experience designing, implementing approaches that embed equity and inclusion and prioritise the needs of priority groups.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering learning and development frameworks, policies, standards and delivering these from design to implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships and engage with diverse audiences’ confident public speaker and, ability to produce high-quality correspondence, reports, proposals, and presentations.
