As an OSHC Assistant Manager you will assist the OSHC Manager in leading a dynamic team of Educators to deliver tailored and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diversity of the children in our care by fostering their interests and building on their strengths.

This role is Full-time, Monday to Friday, with split shift availability during the school term and straight shifts during vacation care.
Your Impact
In this senior leadership role, you will inspire and guide our Educators by providing coaching, direction and support to help them deliver exceeding practices. Your strong communication and relationship-building skills will be essential as you work closely with school representatives, children and their families.
As the Responsible Person, you will support the OSHC Manager in ensuring compliance and will be responsible for leading Quality Area 1 and maintaining exceeding practices across the service.
Above all, your genuine passion for supporting both children and the team that supports them will have a lasting impact on the OSHC Blacktown South community.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in early childhood education
Have previous leadership experience (required)
Are a team player with a creative and energetic approach
Hold valid compliance certificates (WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid, etc.)
