Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, hands-on osteopathic manual therapy in accordance with Ontario standards and guidelines.
- Assess clients, develop treatment plans, and deliver personalized care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with regulatory and insurance requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with our team of Physiotherapists, RMTs, and other practitioners.
- Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment.
⸻
Requirements:
- Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice from an approved Canadian college or recognized equivalent.
- Membership in an Ontario association such as:
- Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO) or
- Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA) or
- Society of Osteopaths of Canada (SOC) — any recognized association whose members are covered by extended health insurance in Ontario.
- Must be eligible for coverage by all major insurance companies.
- Proof of professional liability insurance (as per Ontario standards).
- Excellent hands-on manual therapy skills and client-centered approach.
- Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain compliance with Ontario regulatory guidelines and insurance billing rules — no unlicensed or unregulated practice permitted.
⸻
What We Offer:
- Established client base with high demand for osteopathic services.
- Modern, welcoming clinic space with full administrative and marketing support.
- Flexible work schedule (part-time or full-time options).
- Highly supportive multidisciplinary team environment.
- Competitive compensation.
⸻
Important Note:
At Real Rehab, all our services are provided by licensed and regulated professionals. As this is an insurance-approved position, only applicants with proper licensing, association membership, and eligibility for insurance coverage will be considered.
