Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team. The shift is 3 pm to 6pm.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting the educational development of students.
This role requires creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage students effectively.
The Educator will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and facilitating a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and active participation among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of educational programs.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance and behavioral expectations.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
Experience
- A university degree in Education or a related field is required.
- LEVEL 1 - required and COMPLETED
- Previous teaching or instructional experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for education is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students of varying backgrounds.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
