Position: Outbound Sales Representative -Executive/ Sr.Executive /AM

Location: Noida

Shift: 5:30AM to 2:30 PM (One way cab- Pickup)

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

Experience: min. 1 year in International sales

Preferred Industry: BFSI Training program of 15 working days where 80% quality should be maintained.

Who we want: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth for our subscription products through effective telephone selling to clients based in Australia. Your ability to build strong relationships, close deals over the phone, and meet aggressive sales targets will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation: Generate sales and growth of subscription products through proactive outbound calling to Australian clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with clients over the phone, addressing their needs and concerns. Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.

Desired Profile:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outbound phone sales. Excellent telephone communication skills, with a clear and professional demeanor. Ability to effectively deal with clients from AUstralia, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Strong sales closing skills and ability to overcome objections. Experience in stock broking or financial markets or collections is preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Hardworking and results-oriented individual capable of making 100+ phone calls per day.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
