The Role
Join our Operations team as an Outbound Services Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional member experiences. This is a phone-based position focused on proactive engagement—connecting with members through pre-defined campaigns to provide support and guidance.

You will build meaningful connections with members through proactive outreach, and by offering guidance and helpful information on superannuation, insurance, beneficiaries, and other member services.

What you’ll do

  • Implement outbound calling campaigns to designated member groups, ensuring contact within campaign timeframes.
  • Directly engage in proactive outbound calls to new and existing members.
  • Understand and present products and offerings to members.
  • Obtain information to identify member needs and present relevant information in response to these needs.
  • Summarise and log call interactions in the CRM, ensuring all necessary follow-up actions are recorded.
  • Ensure calls comply with regulations, Do Not Call register exclusions, and internal policies.
  • Adhere to the distinction between providing information, general advice, and personal advice, escalating the call to advice teams where required.
About you
With exceptional communication and customer engagement skills, you will bring experience in the following:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or outbound services role.
  • Ability to engage members in a professional and clear manner.
  • Basic understanding of superannuation or related financial services products.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and campaign scripts successfully.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
The following skills are nice to have but not essential:
  • A proven track record of achievement in superannuation.
  • Familiarity with call centre software and CRM software.
  • Understanding of RG146 compliance and general financial advice regulations.
