Who You Are
You are a Logistics Administrator who understands the need to work well with others to achieve Department goals. Your most important stakeholders are the DC planning team, Customer Service teams and store operations.
You have strong analytical skills, but are also solution oriented and able to think outside the box to solve problems. Working under pressure is no problem for you and you are committed to getting the job done on time.
What you’ll do
  • Communicate shipments status with planning and CS teams and store operations
  • Validate delivery addresses and shipment lists
  • Arrange special transport and customers’ pick-ups
  • Investigate incomplete deliveries
  • Control transport invoices and submit claims
  • Support in resolving issues with carrier
  • Administrative support
  • Communicating with teams across Europe about orders and shipments
  • Prioritize orders in cooperation with warehouse team
  • Contact all parties involved in case of exceptions during transportation
  • Checking transport invoices
  • Follow up on high costs
  • Support in statistical review
You’ll need to have
  • Minimum 2/3 years of experience in Logistics and/or a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Flexible and able to cope with changes
  • Knowledge of the English Language (verbal and written), any additional language is a plus
  • Hands-on and pro-active personality with a strong service-based attitude
  • Strong team player skills
  • Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
  • Knowledge of Manhattan is highly recommended
